We understand the need to supply the necessary items for a particular purpose and prepare (someone) mentally for a particular situation or task. The aim of Unit 7 is that each team member understand's his/her value and purpose in the company.
ENABLE
We give power and ability by thorough training and development so that he/she will learn new skills or crafts that will lead to the successful future.
EMPOWER
A man/woman who is confident, understands their value and is ready and willing to put in the effort to make the necessary changes will be great. Greatness is not in the person themselves, but in the ability to make their peers great, as well.
